BIC is offering commissioning support to several projects across multiple Duke Energy territories, including  Florida and  East / West of North Carolina. Some of the projects require the addition of mobile substation transformer installation for contingency or over-loading issues. BIC’s primary scope focused on protection and control (P&C) systems, including relay panel commissioning, functional and operational testing, verification of protection and control schemes, and support through energization.
