P&C Testing & Commissioning
BIC Electric provides comprehensive protection and control testing and commissioning services for substation projects. Our capabilities include primary and secondary injection testing, relay calibration, functional testing, relay settings verification, apparatus testing, Substation Automation System (SAS) commissioning, and end-to-end communications-aided protection testing for greenfield and brownfield substation projects.

Substation Construction
BIC Electric provides substation construction services for greenfield and brownfield projects. Our construction teams support site preparation, excavation, grounding, equipment installation, cable systems, structural work, station service installation, and testing activities across voltage classes from 13.8 kV to 500 kV.

Substation Communication

Our electrical engineers and designers support substation projects ranging from 13.8 kV to 500 kV. We provide physical design, protection and control design, engineering coordination, studies, drafting, and related technical support for investor-owned utilities, municipalities, developers, and other power-sector clients.
By working closely with field construction and commissioning teams, BIC Electric helps reduce project risk, improve coordination, and support efficient execution from design through energization. We use advanced design and drafting platforms, including Bentley Systems and Autodesk tools, to support client-specific CAD and engineering requirements.
